Check-in & Key Collection

To ensure a personalized and high-quality welcome, check-in and key collection take place at Résidence du Soleil & Spa, located just 200 meters from the apartments:

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Our team will personally welcome you, hand over the keys to your apartment and remain available to assist you throughout your stay.

Arrivals outside standard check-in hours require additional organization from our team. As such, additional fees may apply depending on the arrival time and the arrangements required.

We kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible so that we can organize your welcome under the best conditions.

Practical Information

End-of-Stay Cleaning

Les Résidences de Collioure are self-catering holiday apartments and not a hotel.

In order to maintain attractive rates throughout the year, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.

Cleaning products necessary for the maintenance of the apartment are provided free of charge during your stay.

Optional cleaning service:

• Apartment for 2 guests: €50
• Apartment for 2 to 4 guests: €80
• Apartment for more than 4 guests: €120

Beds Made Before Arrival

Bed linen is included in all accommodations.

However, beds are not prepared before your arrival.

For additional comfort, we offer a "Beds Made Before Arrival" option at a rate of €12 per bed.

Courtesy Kit

A courtesy kit is provided upon arrival to help you settle in comfortably.

It includes a starter roll of toilet paper as well as a selection of basic cleaning products.

As is common in most holiday rentals, consumable items are not replenished during your stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, and in accordance with current health regulations, no food items are left in the apartments between stays. Therefore, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar and other food products are not provided.

Parking

Les Résidences de Collioure do not offer private parking.

A limited number of free public parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets, subject to availability. These spaces can be particularly difficult to find during the tourist season.

Several public paid parking facilities are located approximately 50 meters from the apartments, providing convenient and secure parking throughout your stay.
